Pear Salad with Raspberry Sauce

1 pt. Sour Cream
¼ cup Dickenson Seedless Black Raspberry Preserves
3 tbls. Nakano Italian Red Wine Vinegar
4 firm, ripe Pears
1 pkg Foxy Bibb and Romaine Lettuce
1 tbls. Bacos Bits

Whisk together first 3 ingredients. Set dressing aside. Peel pears, cut into
quarters. Brush with lemon juice if desired. Arrange lettuce on plates.
Arrange pear quarters over lettuce. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with bacon
bits.
