Peanut & Pasta Salad
Ingredients:

7oz. pkg. Barilla® Plus spaghetti
1 cup Planter's® roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped and
divided
1 cup Florida's Natural® orange mango juice
2 Tbsp. Nakano® rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Moore's® teriyaki marinade
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Mission® avocado, thinly sliced
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Process
1/2 cup peanuts, orange juice, vinegar, teriyaki, and oil in a blender
until smooth. Combine 1/2 of the mixture with the spaghetti and the
remaining 1/2 cup of peanuts. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve with
the remaining dressing mixture and avocado slices.
