Baked Potato & Toppings

Ingredients:
Baking Russet potatoes
Country Fresh® Microwave Vegetable Medleys
Gold Star® Fresh Ground Round
Oscar Mayer® Cooked Bacon
Cardini's® Caesar Dressing
Pet® Sour Cream

Directions: Cook BI-LO® Russet Baking Potatoes in the microwave oven or conventional oven until cooked. Allow potatoes to cool for a few minutes. Microwave Country Fresh® Vegetable Medley according to package instructions. Brown Gold Star® Fresh Ground Round. Season with salt and pepper. If desired, heat Oscar Mayer® Cooked Bacon, according to package directions. Crumble. Slice open the potatoes. Add dressing, and/or sour cream as desired. Spoon on ground beef mixture, bacon crumbles, fresh microwaved vegetables. Delicious, easy meal.
