Chicken Salad Ingredients: 2 skinless,
boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly oil grate. Grill chicken, brushing BBQ sauce on both sides, cook chicken 10 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove from heat, and cut into cubes. On chilled plates place 1 cup of greens on each plate. Top greens with chicken, tomatoes, peppers, onions, cheese & salad dressing. Serve! |
