Stroganoff
Ingredients:

(12oz.) pkg. No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles, cooked
1 (6oz.) pkg. Tyson® Steak Beef Strips
1 cup Monterey® fresh sliced white mushrooms
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Heat
a teaspoon of margarine in a large skillet on medium heat. Add beef
strips and mushrooms to the skillet and cook, stirring until cooked
through. Pour in one cup of beef broth. Stir in the can of cream of
mushroom soup. Mix in the sour cream, stirring until everything is
well blended. Fold in the noodles.
