California Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
4 Springer Mountain® boneless, skinless
Chicken breasts - cut into strips
1 pkg. 12oz. Ronco® Angel Hair Pasta
1 28oz. can Cento® Chef Cut Tomatoes, drained
2/3 cup Treasure Cave® crumbled feta cheese
2 Tbsp. Creole Seasonings
1/2 tsp. Spice World® minced garlic
3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, and cook, stirring until browned on the outside. Stir in the garlic, seasonings, salt and pepper. Mix in tomatoes. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Toss with pasta, and serve with crumbled feta cheese on top.
