Chicken
Cheese Quesadilla
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
4-6
Perdue Short Cut chicken strips
8 flour tortillas
1-2 cups Acme® grated Cheddar cheese
Acme® cooking spray
Penn Maid creamy salsa or southwestern dip
Directions:
Spray 4 tortillas lightly on one side with the cooking spray. Place
4 tortillas on the grill or skillet oiled side down. Top with chicken
strips, cheese to taste and place another tortilla
on each. Spray the top tortilla with cooking spray. Turn quesadillas
when bottoms are browned and cheese begins to melt. Make sure to brown
both sides. Serve hot. Top
with creamy salsa or southwestern dip.
