Salad and Soup
Ingredients:
1/2
pkg. (20oz.) Fresh Express® spinach
3 cups Pacific International Marketing® fresh broccoli florets
cut
2 Florida Classic® juice oranges, sectioned and cut
3/4 cup Naturally Fresh® ranch dressing
3 Tbsp. Florida Classic® fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tsp Florida Classic® grated orange rind
Ruth's® chicken salad
Directions:
Combine spinach and broccoli in a large bowl. Toss in orange sections.
In a small bowl mix together ranch dressing, orange juice and orange
rind.
Pour dressing over salad. Toss to coat. Top with chicken salad.
Serve Citrus Salad with a bowl of delicious Bear Creek® Soup.
