Fruit Crisp Alamode

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Garner's® pineapple preserves
5 Nature's Delight® Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tbls cornstarch
1/3 cup White Lily® all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp McCormick® ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp McCormick® ground nutmeg
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola with raisins

Directions: Over medium high heat, melt the preserves. Stir in fruit and cornstarch. Place in an 11x7 baking dish. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in granola. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake at
375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with a scoop of rich and creamy Mayfield® Vanilla Ice Cream and a cup of delicious Nestle® Hot Cocoa.
