Grilled Pound Cake with Cherry Sauce

Ingredients:
1 Sara Lee® pound cake, Thaw and cut into 1 inch slices
1 can Southern Home® cherry pie filling
1/4 cup Holland House® cooking sherry
1 pint Southern Home® whipping cream
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4-cup sugar
1 tsp butter

Directions: Place a tsp of butter in a skillet and heat to medium.
Add sliced pound cake and brown on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Remove cake from heat and set aside. Place cherries with liquid in
the skillet and bring to a boil. Add sherry, reduce heat and simmer
for 5-7 min or until liquid begins to thicken. In a medium bowl, whip
cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar and cinnamon to cream.
Continue to beat until stiff peaks form. Place the cake on a plate and
top with cherry sauce and whipped cream mixture. Serve with a glass
of New 7Up® Plus Cherry, Island Fruit or Mixed Berry.
