Chicken Sausage Calzone

Ingredients:

Tbsp. 100% Pure Olive Oil
12 oz AL FRESCO® Italian Style Chicken Sausage
1 Small Sweet Onion, small dice
1 Green Bell Pepper, small dice
1 tsp Fresh Garlic, finely chopped
8 oz Tomato Sauce
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb Pizza Dough
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Remove chicken sausages from casing and sauté in olive oil
with the onions and peppers until sausage is thoroughly cooked. Add
fresh garlic and tomato sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from
heat. Cut pizza dough in half and roll out to oval shape. Fill with
half the mozzarella cheese and half of the sausage mix, fold over
and crimp edges. Repeat process making 2 calzones. Place on baking
sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
