London Broil
Prep time: 15 min
Broil time: 6 to 8 min

INGREDIENTS:

1-20 oz. Panorama® Flank Steak

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
2 Tbsp. McCormick® Italian seasonings
1/4 cup White wine vinegar
2 1 oz pkg. Lipton® Onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. KARO® Light or Dark Corn Syrup

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbsp. ARGO® or Kingsford's® Corn Starch
1 Tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Score top and bottom of meat with 2" square pattern. Prepare soup mix per package instructions. Mix together all ingredients for marinade. Reserve 1/2 the marinade to make the sauce. Add remaining marinade and meat in a sealable bags and place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

2. For sauce, mix cornstarch and water. Bring the 1/2 of the reserved marinade to a boil, add cornstarch mixture, reduce heat to medium, and cook 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

3. To cook steak, prepare grill for hot heat, place meat on grill cook for 5 minutes. Turn meat over, cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice very thin against the grain. Serve with the sauce.
