Bar-B-Q Nachos
Serves 8-10

Ingredients:
1 bag Snyder®Tortilla chips
1 18 oz. container Curly's® Bar-B-Q Pulled Pork
2 green onions chopped
Nacho Cheese Sauce:
6 oz Velveeta®
8 oz Heluva® Good Cheddar
8 oz Heluva® Good Monterey Jack
1 tomato diced
1/2 jalapeño diced
1/2 red onion diced
1 Tbsp. chili powder (ancho or chipotle)

Directions: Grate cheddar and Monterey cheeses. Combine in double boiler with Velveeta®, tomato, red onion and jalapeño. Stir until smooth. Add chili powder. Heat pulled pork according to directions on package. Arrange tortilla chips on platter. Top with pulled pork. Finish with nacho cheese sauce and garnish with chopped green onion.
