Pan-Seared Kona Kampachi
Prep Time: 3 min Cook Time: 3 min


INGREDIENTS:
1 skinless Kona Kampachi™ fillets
McCormick® Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Molinos® Olive oil


DIRECTIONS: Preheat a non-stick skillet over mid-high heat for one minute. Add oil to skillet. Add seasoned fillets. Bronze quickly each side and serve.


SASHIMI INGREDIENTS:

1 skinless Kona Kampachi™
Soy Sauce
Real Wasabi™

DIRECTIONS: Slice thinly fillets to serve sashimi style (soy and
wasabi mixed in a dish for dipping if need be)
