Salmon Wrap Pinwheels

Ingredients:
1 pkg Tam-x-ico® whole wheat tortillas
1 6oz. can Black Top® skinless pink salmon, thinly sliced
1 pkg Popeye® spinach leaves
1/4 cup Treasure Cave® crumbled feta cheese
4oz. Southern Home® soft cream cheese
1/4 cup Kraft® Cucumber Ranch or Light Done Right Ranch dressing

Directions: Mix cream cheese and feta cheese until smooth. Spread
cheese mixture onto the tortillas. Place spinach leaves flat on top of
the cheese, then top with a piece of salmon. Roll tortillas tightly and
wrap in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut the roll-up
in crosswise pieces. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping. Perfect for
a light meal or appetizer.
