Garden Sauce over Perogies

Ingredients:
Mazola®
Pure Cooking Spray
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Modern Mushrooms® Brand Portabellas, sliced
Del Monte® Diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped thyme
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. La Choy® Soy Sauce
1 package Perogies
Directions:
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, Cook onions,
garlic, salt and pepper until slightly golden. Add
mushrooms and diced tomatoes, turn up heat and cook, stirring and
tossing frequently until soft, about 2 minutes. Pour
in cream and herbs and boil for 5 minutes to thicken. Stir in lemon
juice and soy sauce, remove from heat. Pour sauce over
prepared Giant Brand Perogies and toss well
