Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
3/4
lb Louis Rich® southwest chicken strips
3 Tbsp. World Harbor® fajita marinade
2 Tbsp. Lou Ana® oil
1 Bland Farms® jumbo sweet onion, sliced
La Fuerza® Tortillas
AvoClassic® Guacamole
Herdez® Salsa Casera
Directions:
Place chicken and marinate in a bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate for 10
minutes. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and onions. Cook over
high heat
for 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet. Warm tortillas. Serve chicken
and onions
on a tortilla with delicious fajita sides such as guacamole and salsa.
