Pork with Sweet Corn Relish
Ingredients:

pork chops
1 cup San-J® Sweet and Tangy Sauce
1 cup Mott's® apple juice
Directions:
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
Add pork to skillet and brown. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the
sweet and tangy sauce, apple juice , and chicken stock. Add the sauce
to the skillet with the pork and bring sauce to a boil. Reduce the
heat and simmer for 20min, or until the pork is cooked through. Add
the corn. Place pork on a platter and spoon corn and sauce over the
top.
Serve freshly brewed Red Diamond® Iced Tea for a great compliment
to this entrée. Serve with a slice of Bake-N-Joy® Cranberry
Orange Nut or French Vanilla Cream Cakes
for a delicious dessert.
